Applications

UG-1530FL-R metal plate tube fiber laser cutting machine can not only cut metal plates, but also metal pipes. It has many uses and can save the space of more than 50%, which effectively improve productivity.

Features

1.High-rigidity heavy chassis,reducing the vibration generatedduring high-speed cutting greatly. High-performance  vaiation aluminium crossbeam,after finite element analysis,realizes highly accelerated circular arc cutting speed.

2.Gantry double-drive structure,with imported Hiwin, Taiwan Linear square guide rail with ball bearing slide block which ensure high weight capacity,  high precision, smooth and steady running.Taiwan YYC rack&pinion transmission system for XY-axis,improves the production efficiency.

3. High-speed exchange table, adopts the latest parallel connection technology, and the software can switch with one click, making the operation very convenient. Can complete the channel change within 16 seconds, greatly improving work efficiency and saving labor costs.

4.Rotary axis with dual pneumatic chuck, cutting length 6000mm, It adopts an automatic pneumatically clamp design on both sides and it can modulate the center automatically. The diagonal adjustable range is 20-220mm. It employs intelligent tube support design, which can solve the deformation problems in the process of long tube cutting.

5.The famous RAYTools BMH110 auto focusing laser cutting head does not come into contact with the surface of the material and does not scratch the workpiece.

6. Adopted stable RAYCUS/MAX brand 2000W fiber laser source, photoelectric conversion rate is high, high beam quality, work life of more than 100,000 hours, no maintenance costs..

7. The CypCut 3000 control system & TubePro & Tubes T-Lite  is embedded with a rich memory of laser cutting setting references, flexible layout designs and tool path editing, data import/export,bridging, coedge, beam compensation, curve smoothing, division, caombination, automatic identification of exterior and interior modes and so on, compatible, with laser source brands such as IPG, SPI, JK, Raycus, etc.

8. Adopted Yaskawa Japan 850W servo motor and driver for XY axis, rotary axis with 1.8KW/1.3KW.850W, the servo motor with SHIMPO reducer,  more accurate, It realizes closed-loop control of position, rotating speed is more faster, general rated speed can reach 2000~3000 rpm; With high strong anti-overload capability, and smooth operation at low speed, no stepping operation similar to stepper motor when running at low speed.

9. Full enclosed protection design to prevent laser damage to personnel, safety and environment protection, the observation window adopts and European CE standard laser protective glass, the smoke produced by cutting an be filtrated inside, its non-polluting and environmentally friendly.

10. With a 5.5kw smoke filter ,during the laser cutting machine using, can filtering a mass of gas & smoke which are harmful to human health when cutting processing materials.

11. Visual control system: All parameters are visible and adjustable on the monitor. Intuitive intelligent edge tracking of gas type and pressure, automatic positioning; multiple format file import, intelligent typesetting, automatic sorting, process diagram display, simple and convenient operation.
